An interior look at Vocon's MidTown office
Vocon,
a MidTown-based design firm located at 3142 Propsect Ave., specializes in interior design, architecture and technology. Led by the brother-sister team of Deborah V. Donley and Paul Voinovich, Vocon has created workspaces for high-caliber clients such as Merrill Lynch, KeyBank, The Cleveland Clinic, The Cleveland Cavaliers and Channel 3 News since 1987.
The 74 employees at Vocon enjoy working at a creative and collaborative firm. Vocon's MidTown location includes a roof-top deck where employees host cookouts and happy hours during the summer.
"Vocon's space and location helps the firm to market its services with the classic exterior of our 1920's building in the historic MidTown district with the twist of more contemporary and modern interiors," said Paul Voinovich, principal.
"Our geographic location is also key. Just minutes from downtown as well as the eastside, it's easy to meet with local clients, while the short drive to the airport provides access to clients from coast to coast, helping to make business more successful," said Voinovich.
Vocon was also recently listed in Interior Design Magazine's list of the
Top 100 Giants
of interior design.

MidTown Cleveland, Inc. would like to remind all stakeholders and businesses to keep their sidewalks clear of snow. Clearing your sidewalks will help prevent pedestrians from walking in the street and keep our neighborhood safe for both drivers and pedestrians.
Businesses should also be aware of the debris left on the tree lawns and sidewalks after the snow melts. Keep your lawn free of litter and remind your employees and residents to clean up after their pets to increase the beauty of our neighborhood.

For the past four years, Tenable Protective Services has been providing MidTown Cleveland, Inc. with daytime security coverage. Tenable has also been providing alarm response to many of our stakeholders on an individual basis. However, the increase in breaking and entering the neighborhood experienced in 2008 demonstrated the need for additional nighttime security coverage.
Tenable and MidTown Cleveland, Inc. have teamed up to offer you the opportunity to participate in the MidTown Cleveland, Inc'.s
"Dusk to Dawn" security program.
If 65 MidTown Cleveland, Inc. stakeholders contract with Tenable Protective Services, Inc. in 2009 for their individual alarm response needs, Tenable will provide an officer to exclusively patrol the MidTown service area from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. seven days a week.
