For the past 25 years, MidTown Cleveland, Inc. has been working to improve the MidTown neighborhood and on Thursday, September 27, we will celebrate this history with our 25^th Anniversary Celebration and Euclid Block Party.

We invite everyone to come help us celebrate both our anniversary and the positive changes that are in store for MidTown, specifically with the development of the Euclid Corridor.

The celebration is at the Agora Theater, 5000 Euclid Avenue, between East 40^th and East 55^th Streets, from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The agenda for the evening is as follows:

• 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Free tours on the new RTA Silver Line transit vehicles. The diesel-electric buses, when fully operational, will run between Downtown and University Circle along Euclid Avenue. Riders will tour the MidTown section of the Silver Line.

• 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.: A welcoming message and ribbon cutting for the completion of the Euclid Corridor Transportation Project in MidTown. Speakers include Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, Ward 5 Councilwoman Phyllis Cleveland, Cuyahoga County Commissioner Peter Lawson Jones and Joseph Calabrese, CEO and General Manager of RTA.

• 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Live music performed by local band, “Last Call,” which features Rob Lash, president of Moskey Dental Laboratories, Inc., 2111 East 36^th Street.

The cost of the celebration is $10 per person for MidTown Cleveland, Inc. members or $25 per person for non-members. The money raised will benefit the Fund for Public Arts in MidTown.
